Switched room to avoid issues with a non-functioning blind!!! Misleading advertising about sofa beds is frustrating. Could’ve been better if the refrigerator was cleaned out before check-in!!! GM's attitude demands improvement!!!

The staff was incredibly friendly and eager to

assist with any questions or needs. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a full kitchen, which was perfect for our stay. However, we encountered some noises during the night from fellow guests, which could be addressed better.

The location is convenient, with a nice restaurant within walking distance. The rooms are clean and new, which contributes to a pleasant atmosphere. The kitchenette setup is great for preparing meals. We enjoyed the ample space in the suite, which made our comfort levels increase. Quiet neighborhood added to the relaxation. However, the sofa bed wasn’t a traditional sleeper. It's more like a futon, making it very uncomfortable. We had to add blankets and comforters just to get some sleep. The front desk staff was nice but ran into issues with management regarding billing. Their handling of the payment situation could use improvement. Little annoyances like noise from fellow guests were addressed quickly, but having to deal with the management made our experience less enjoyable.
